Our Assurance Of Quality: We warrant against defects in workmanship and materials (excluding cover and handles) of the mattress set and will provide service according to the terms specified on the warranty label. For the warranty to be valid, customer MUST provide a copy of the original sales receipt. To qualify for service under the warranty, the mattress and/or foundation must be in good condition (with exception of the defect) and NOT be abused or in an unsanitary condition. The customer is responsible for transportation cost of the product to and from the factory.

GMC Inc. Mattress Warranty Guidelines:

Warranty DOES NOT cover claims resulting from:

1- Normal Body impression 2” or less. This is NOT a structural defect..

2- Misuse or Neglect - Consumer is responsible for turning and rotating the mattress every three to four weeks to help equalize body impressions.

3- Damage caused by the use of an incorrect foundation, or old foundation, or incorrect bedframe.

4- Damage or Bending to perimeter border rods.

5- Damage to Mattress due to Soiling, Stains, Smoke or Burns.
